Abstract
In this experiment, 3µg of colchicine were respectively injected into varous parts of the bilateral hippocampal fromation in adult Wistar's female rats. We observed whether it could influence the learning and memory of dark avoidance behavior, and examined correlative histology. These results show that the rats having been injured the granual cells of bilateral dorsal or posterior dorsal parts of dentate gyrus can perform the learning and memory of the dark avoidance behavior without any impairment, but injured at ventral part from H6.0mm horizontal plane in rat's brain stereotaxic atlas by Krieg, they perform it with strikingly weakened, however don't block it entirely.
