Abstract
Hemorrhagin I (AsHI) isolated from A. acutus venom causes repture of vascular system and extensive hemorrhage. The specific attachment of HRP-AaHI to the endothelial cell by the method of horseradish peroxidase conjugation is reported in this paper. The results suggest that receptor of binding site of hemorrhagin I might be present on the outer-membrane of endothelial cell.
