Stability of Monoclonal Antibodies Stored on Different Conditions

Stability of monoclonal antibodies in culture supernatants stored on different conditions were tested.The results as following 1)The lyophile samples of culture fluid,which were kept at 4℃ for 6 monthes,are extremely stable.2)The culture supernatants with or without 0.1% NaN3,which were kept at 4℃ or -20℃ for 18 monthes,are satisfactory if they are sterilization.
