摘要: 本文首次报道17α,20β-二羟黄体酮对虹鳟免疫功能的影响。在对生殖季节虹鳟血浆17α,20β-二羟黄体酮、免疫球蛋白M和总蛋白水平的调查时发现,雌雄虹鳟血浆17α,20β-二羟黄体酮的水平与免疫球蛋白M的水平负相关,即在雌性相关系数r>-0.797,P<0.01;而在雄性r>-0.477,P<0.05。这提示17α,20β-二羟黄体酮可能抑制免疫球蛋白M的合成或分泌。产卵或排精后的血浆总蛋白量低于任何季节,这种低蛋白水平可能与产卵或排精时高水平的17α,20β-二羟黄体酮对虹鳟生理的调节有关。而且,当人为地提高虹鳟血浆17α,20β-二羟黄体酮的水平时发现,17α,20β-二羟黄体酮能降低免疫球蛋白M的水平,相反地提高总蛋白的水平。这就进一步证实17α,20β-二羟黄体酮的免疫抑制作用。但17α,20β-二羟黄体酮与总蛋白之间的作用还不明了。这些结果提示,17α,20β-二羟黄体酮可能与生殖季节虹鳟的高皮肤病发生率有关。Abstract: The relationships between 17α,20β-dihydroxy-4-pregnene-3-one (17α,20β-DP) and plasma IgM and total protein levels were investigated in rainbow trout,Oncorhynchus mykiss.IgM and total protein levels decreased in both sexes of mature rainbow trout when 17α,20β-DP levels increased during the spawning season,while the elevated 17α,20β-DP suppressed IgM levels and reversibly enhanced total protein concentrations in immature trout.This represents the first report of the effect of 17α,20β-DP on fish immunity.These data suggest that the increase of 17α,20β-DP in spawning season may be related to infectious skin diseases.
