摘要: 本文叙述一种制备蚕蛹DNA的简便有效方法。用本法制得的DNA是纯净的双链高分子，适合于分子遗传学研究转化之用。

Abstract: A simple,effective and reliable procedure for the preparation of DNA from pupae of silkworm is described.A pure double stranded macro-molecular DNA isolated by this modified procedure was obtained.Analysis of this DNA indicates that it fulfills the desired requirement for molecular genetics study.
