墨江蜈蚣与少棘蜈蚣的比较研究:I.化学组成

Comparison of Scolopendra mojiangica and S.subspinipes mutilans Ⅰ.Chemical Compositions

  • 摘要: 本文对墨江蜈蚣(Scolopendra mojiangica Zhang et Chi)与少棘蜈蚣(Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L.Koch)的水分、灼烧残渣、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、微量元素和挥发性脂肪酸的含量进行了系统的测定并比较了两者间的异同性。实验结果表明:墨江蜈蚣的蛋白质、灼烧残渣、水分的含量分别为67.2%、3.95%和3.59%,而少棘蜈蚣分别为68.8%、4.80%和3.65%,它们的含量基本相同。游离氨基酸、挥发性脂肪酸和微量元素的相对含量也很接近,但脂类和总糖的含量差异较大。

     

    Abstract: The investigation is the first report on chemical compositions of Scolopendra mojiangica Zhang et Chi and comparison of the chemical compositions between S.mojiangica Zhang et Chi and S.subspinipes mutilans L.Koch were made.The contents were dentermined on their water,residues,proteins,free amino acids,microelements,lipid,and volatile fatty acids.The results showed that S.mojiangica contains proteins of 67.20%,residues of 3.95%,water of 3.59%,and lipid of 22.40%,while S.subspinipes mutilans was proteins of 68.80%,residues of 4.80%,water of 3.65%,and lipid of 10.35%,For the results showed that the contents of their main components in the both centipedes,except lipid,almost were the same.The free amino acids,volatile fatty acids,and microelements were compared to be approach.In the determined microelements,harmful elements were less than 1×10-6.lipid in S.mojiangica was different from S.subspinipes mutilans,but the volatile fatty acids were similar.It is possible that those fatty acids combined with other components are different.
